Re-direct.

I started this blog because I wanted to do more crafting and hoped this would inspire me to do that and honestly, it has. I've been knitting ever since I started it and I've been crocheting, but what's really bothering me right now is my weight.

No. I'm not overweight, I know that, but I Have gained weight and I'm unhappy with that. I also don't like the trend in gaining weight and since I'm getting into my 20's(and I hear your body changes a lot as you get into your 20's), I need to start being a LOT more concerned.

So, I'm going to the doctor tomorrow to get myself checked out. I'm going to ask for some diet information while I'm there, ask my blood type and ask them what I can do to make myself look how I want it to.

I was 114lbs the last time I went to a doctor-I guess we'll see what the verdict is. Fuck this.

  1. it's all about calorie intake. Don't take in more calories than you naturally burn. If you do it right you don't NEED to exercise, but it's good for your health to, of course. Good luck!

  2. It's good to see there are people who still go to their doctor for diet information. I just assumed everyone used the internet for that sort of thing.

  3. Gotta start somewhere but be careful how you balance too much and too little.

  4. I find the easiest way to maintain my figure is to drink excessively

  5. I agree with the above. When I want to lose weight, I DON'T work out. I just eat less. Working out just makes me hungry, and losing weight harder. Plus, you build muscle, which weighs more than fat, although I know that's just picking at technicalities.

  6. 114lbs does not sound heavy, what height are you?

  7. Don't be over conciouss tbh, it ruins too much. But just take a second to think about what you eat, take a stroll when the weather is good for it, and you should be more than fine :) Good luck with it!

  8. See I'm on the polar opposite end.

I'm about 20lbs underweight and can't seem to gain weight or have it stick.

  11. I recently started riding my bik as much as I can. In the last three months i've probably lost ten pounds. It's not dramatic, but I haven't had to change my diet. I'm 21 btw.

  12. Honestly, I need to do the opposite. I'm 135 and I eat a massive amount of food a day. Idk what is wrong with me...

  14. One of the best things you can do to lose weight is to make most of your food yourself. No premade meals. Knowing what goes into your food really lets you control it!

  15. I love my metabolism.
I eat a lot of shit and don't excercise too much, yet I'm always thin.

  16. Hey watch out. Even the smallest people I know wouldn't be overweight near 114 lbs. Whichever is the case, exercises are always good, the hardest part is just starting!
